What we do

We track real time location of movable assets includes employees, patients, machines, inventories inside the hospital premises. We are basically leveraging indoor location based data for enhancing business outcomes & efficiency.

Why we do it

On time availability of asset is very critical for the hospital operations. Often admin don’t have idea of real time locations of the critical assets. These assets include beds, medical tools, medical equipments, doctors, nurses, supporting staff etc. Existing technologies like stand alone software’s/ERP’s, barcodes & RFID are having technological and functional limitations.

How we do it

• We use Bluetooth tags and wifi enabled gateways to track the real time location of the asset.
• We install the tags on assets and track them from our wifi enabled gateways.
• We collect the location data from sensors and transmit our cloud based server to process it.
• Our Software portal includes interactive digital location maps, dashboards, periodic reports and in depth data analysis.

• We track real time location of doctors, nurses, supporting staff, contractual workers.
• We can record their attendance automatically (no need of biometrics)
• We can refrain them to go into restricted area or unsafe area.
• This module can be very helpful to track employee productivity given the organization KPI’s.

• Nurse Calling System

The patient can directly call the nurse or the supporting staff. This will be enabled from smart ID card. Whenever the patient press the help button of card the respective person notified about the ask.

• Monitor Patient Movement

If patients fall down or if patient leave the ward without the permission of doctors or staff the admin will get real time alert from where he can take immediate action.

• Respond to patients quickly

Patient can use/ press help button from their Smart id card and call the supporting staff for their help. This function is very useful in emergency situations. The admin can track the live location of both the supporting staff and patients.

• Monitor Patient Roaming

Admin can get immediate notifications as the patient roaming through unsafe area or unauthorized area.

• Live Queue Management

Unlike the existing queue management software we do real time queue management by the tracking location of the patient. This feature is very useful for managing patients at OPD waiting area, LAB testing waiting area and pharmacy waiting area. This module can be integrated with existing queue management software’s.

• Way Finding

These feature will help you the denote routes toward different location/ departments of the hospital. This helps the visitors to locate their patients.
