The inventory would arrive on a specifically color-coded trolley from an OEM and would directly reach the specific sections of production arena before going back.
This would require lot of monitoring and management. With more than 2000 trolleys, the task of tracking them from arrival to dispatch was a big challenge.
Some of the trolleys could be found lying outdoors or even at the scrap yard.
