The inventory of different companies is stored at huge facilities. The storage was either on floor stacks or huge racks. This has to be loaded on the company specific trolleys and delivered to the plants in a
controlled environment with varied logistical challenges.
Client was already using RFID tracking system and has spent good amount of investment for its
infrastructure.
Problem Statement:
Every inventory along with the trolleys had to be tracked for pre-loading assembly, dock point loading.
Pressing need on yard management for all the inbound and outbound carrier vehicles
Logistic support during transit by way of carrier tracking, on site delivery at specified section, tracking at
client site and ensuring reverse logistics.
Solutions:
We have eliminated the entire problem by implementing BLE based real time asset tracking platform and also by providing real time asset searching solution to finding exact location of inventory.
We deployed our end to end asset tracking solution to track trolley in entire phase of supply chain.
We have leveraged clients existing RFID infrastructure to implement our BLE based solution,which helped client to reduce the infrastructure cost and installation time.
